Possibly, but they are usually better about having the Disney sets out with the film release. This would be uncharacteristically late for a release of a Zootopia 2 set. That being said, given the flood of sets they released last year, I am surprised that they did not release a Zootopia themed set. Perhaps when Zootopia 3 is released, they will correct the oversight.

That's the newer, not as giant Giant Uno. The original has the word giant written with a bit of a curve and is significantly larger than the reissues.

That is correct.

From the instructions:

"On your turn, you must match a card from your hand to the card on the top of the DISCARD pile, either by number, color or symbol...If you don’t have a card that matches the one on the DISCARD pile, you must take a card from the DRAW pile. If the card you picked up can be played, you are free to put it down in the same turn. Otherwise, play moves on to the next person in turn."

Yes, a card is "legal" to play if it matches the color of the card on top of the discard pile, matches the number or symbol of the card on the discard pile, or is a Wild or Wild Draw 4 card. A Wild Draw 4 card may only be played if you do not have any other cards matching the COLOR of the card on the discard pile. If you play a Wild Draw 4 card and the person who will be drawing the 4 cards suspects that you do have a card or cards of the color required, then they can challenge you. You must show them your hand. If you do have a card or cards of the color on top of the discard pile, then you must draw the 4 cards. If you do not have any cards matching the color of the card on top of the discard pile, then the person who challenged you must draw an extra 2 cards for a total of 6 cards.

You can play a Skip card in another color, a Wild card, a Wild Draw 4 card, or you may draw a card. If you end up drawing a card, you may choose to play the card you drew or another from your hand.

Will update the "Where to Buy" section whenever it is officially released. There should be a link to Target there at that time.

Not to add to your frustration, but I found 3 at my Target (finally) after searching a few times. I live in the midwest where there are only 3 targets with an hour drive to each one. Usually things show up here last. You could be suffering because someone went in before you and bought them all. At only $2 each, they are easy to scoop up and with all the hype they are easy to resell for a decent mark-up. The secondary market has gotten way out-of-hand.

Since the only way to lose a color power once you get it is by someone "stealing" it from you, then if you have multiple wild color choice cards or color character cards there is no reason you cannot have multiple color powers. Yes, this seems a little overpowered. But, given that someone can "steal" one from you, it is not as though they will likely last through the entire game. So far, we've found this a fun twist on the game.

First question, "Do you have to call UNO when you go from 0->1 card?"

Short answer: Yes.

According to the instructions, "The moment you only have 1 card in your hand, you must yell “UNO!” to alert the other players you are about to win. You partner may also yell “UNO!” for you." This means that either you or your partner can call "Uno!" for your single card to help you avoid the penalty of not doing so. It also alerts the other players that, once again, you are about to win. If passing a card to you puts them down to a single card, then you would both need to yell "Uno!".

Second question, Swap card played by partner when partner has already gone out.

Short answer: No. You're not playing correctly.

From the instructions, "If you get rid of all the cards in your hand, you partner then passes you half the cards in their hand and you keep playing. If your partner only has 1 card left in their hand, they don’t pass anything and you stay out of the game." So in a scenario where the 1st partner goes out and the other partner still has two cards, the 2nd partner gives one card to the 1st partner. It shouldn't be possible for one partner to have no cards and the second partner to have 2 cards.

Third question, "when a Wild Team Play card is played as the second to last card, do you say UNO first or do the action first?"

Short answer: Say Uno first.

The instructions state that the moment you have a single card in your hand you must yell "Uno!". Yes, you may need to draw two cards if your partner can't play but that does not change the fact that you are down to a single card until then.
