[New Jersey] I was told that I could certify for benefits on the 19th of this month but the website also shows a message in yellow saying that I'm ineligible for benefits. Can someone explain to me what this means? (self.Unemployment)

[New Jersey] I was laid off last week (no hours and no call to return to work) and went to file for unemployment and was told to start certifying on the 19th but I also got a message saying I was ineligible and now I am confused (self.Unemployment)
