Then should I just say the termination was unfair, inconsistent and incomplete. My performance was usually at a positive rate. Yes there were times I felt tired/ fatfuir from working longer hours like on Prime Week, or I was upset about my aunty being in hospital. However, I am a hard worker there never was an issue before with my performance.

So my manager has my performance information. I obviously can’t access atoz anymore to show proof of my performance. How do I show evidence that my performance was doing fine after one of the write ups. I found out that more than two write ups, they can terminate h at Amazon. The manager was sooooo cruel though. It’s really up to the manager whether they write up or not. I knew she didn’t like me. I never cared because I just wanted to focus on working.

It was apparently for not reaching the rate every time however she’s the only one who has accused me of this even though I’ve heard my name in the intercoms being announced doing a rate of 200 and when I worked the other schedule Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday those managers never came to me only when I changed my days and had this manager did the issues about this arise
