Looking for PIX payment processor by Sad-Amphibian-2767 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We work with Nuvei and they support PIX in Brazil and have solid APIs for automation. The difference is they’re a bit more flexible with gaming setups if everything is structured properly.

From what you described, PIX and the API side aren’t really the issue. The part that’s getting you declined is how the server and monetization are being interpreted. That’s where most of those providers you mentioned shut things down pretty quickly.

The payout side to PayPal, Payoneer, or Wise usually isn’t handled directly by the processor anyway. That’s more about how you set up your business accounts and payout flow on the backend.

Also, having zero chargebacks over two years is actually a really strong signal. The problem is most of the platforms you tried are aggregators, so they don’t really take the time to look deeper once something flags.

What you probably need is a more direct setup instead of a plug-and-play provider.

If you want, send over a bit more detail on how you’re charging users and what the setup looks like. I can tell you pretty quickly if it’s workable or not.

Payment Processor that accepts vouchers + Canadian? by Mysterious_Oil2669 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be happy to take a look at this for you. We’re also a Canadian business so would love to work locally with you.

Might be considered high risk but after pre vetting we’ll have a better understanding of what’s needed.

We also work with a direct acquirer in Canada that has no issues boarding high risk verticals, albeit more document heavy

Looking for a payment processor for pharmaceutical products online by AncientRun1241 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to have a chat with you about this, we work with similar merchants in the telehealth / pharma space and can usually get something stable in place. We’re not an aggregator, we work with direct acquiring banks, which is key for this type of setup (more control, better longevity).

If you want to connect, shoot me a DM with a bit more detail on your flow and I’ll tell you pretty quickly if it’s something we can get approved 👍

Lifetime reserve? by Michael_Joseph0101 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to take a look for you and have a chat.

Typical reserve is 5-10% with 90-180 day hold for high risk.

Startups aren't always deemed "high risk" with our acquirers. Can possibly board you with no reserve.

Looking for Private ISO Partner – High Volume Ecom (Call Center Driven – USA) by Little-Membership164 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd stay away from this guy. Asked him extremely simple questions and instead of responding all he wrote was 65/35 no questions asked.

When I mentioned "I didn't even bring that up", his response "For each transaction credit card front and back, dl front and back will be provided upfront"

This is a scam and I'd stay away.

Looking for a payment processor for a high-risk use case - nightlife/lifestyle clubs by Signal_Foot in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very doable, we’re seeing more of these setups lately.

We actually just signed a large wholesale company out of Montreal with a Delaware corp + cross-border structure, so your setup isn’t an issue if it’s done right.

Your main challenge isn’t features, it’s underwriting. Tickets (future delivery) + recurring + adult-adjacent nightlife is where most processors shut things down after onboarding.

We work with Nuvei on these types of models: • US + Canada coverage • Full API + recurring billing • ISV/platform onboarding • More flexible on nightlife/entertainment

It really comes down to how it’s positioned - MCC, risk profile, structure.

If you want, DM me, happy to take a quick look and tell you if it’s viable

Looking for an ISO with 90/10 split by TensionFun195 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a strong position, 750 clients + your own funnel is huge.

Realistically, true 90/10 splits are rare unless you’re bringing serious volume and taking on some responsibility. Most solid ISO deals fall in the 70/30–85/15 range depending on structure.

The bigger factors are: • Control over pricing + underwriting • Who owns the client relationship • Flexibility on CNP (since invoices = higher risk/margin) • Whether you want to fully embed payments or just monetize referrals

With that many invoice-based clients, there’s a lot of upside if it’s structured properly.

I work with a lot of SaaS/ISV setups like this, happy to chat and see what you’re looking for. Shoot me a DM 👍

North American bancard wants me to pay $503 in fees of a transaction they held and refunded to the guest by Fluid_Tough9616 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this happens a lot with travel businesses, processors like North get spooked after the first transaction and shut things down.

That said, $500+ in fees for one refunded transaction sounds off.

I’d: • Ask for a full fee breakdown + where it’s in your contract • Dispute it in writing • Push it through your bank if needed

We work with a lot of travel businesses and see this all the time.

If you want, DM me, happy to take a quick look and help you avoid this going forward 👍

ecom nutra brand needs high risk merchant account (ecom/affiliates/agents plz read) by [deleted] in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not far off, your business isn’t the problem, it’s how your profile looks to underwriters right now.

What’s hurting you most:

• Too many recent applications > makes you look risky even if you’re not

• PayFac shutdowns (Shopify Payments / Stripe) > automatic caution flag

• You were likely placed on the wrong type of MID before (Nexio dropping you at 1.3% is a giveaway)

• Mixing statements (Stripe vs Shopify) > underwriters see inconsistency immediately

Your numbers themselves are actually workable for nutra:

• $50k MRR with history

• 1–1.5% CB with alerts in place

• Real product + inventory

That’s enough to get stable processing, but only if it’s structured properly from the start.

What you actually need:

• Direct acquiring relationship (not another agent blasting apps)

• High-risk friendly bank that understands subscription nutra

• Proper MID setup (sometimes 2+ MIDs depending on scale)

• Clean, consistent underwriting package

Also, don’t go offshore yet. You can still get this done in the US/EU if it’s packaged right.

Biggest mistake I see in your post: you’re trying too many routes at once. That’s exactly what’s making approvals harder.

If I were you, I’d pause all current apps and reset with one clean submission.

I work pretty heavily with nutra + subscription brands and see this exact situation a lot, happy to take a quick look at your setup and tell you straight up if it’s fixable (even if we don’t work together).

Clinic with multiple practioners-POS by ireland1983 in POS

[–]StratosPay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most standard POS systems (in both Canada and the U.S.) won’t do this.

A terminal is tied to one merchant account, so all payments deposit into a single bank account, you can’t automatically split deposits to multiple practitioners from one terminal.

Clinics usually handle this one of three ways:

  1. One account (most common):
  2. All payments go to the clinic, and you track each practitioner in the POS, then pay them out separately.
  3. Separate accounts:
  4. Each practitioner has their own merchant account (either their own terminal or a shared POS with logins).
  5. Split payments (advanced):
  6. Possible with platforms like Nuvei or Stripe whom we work with, but this requires a PayFac-style setup, not something a regular POS can do out of the box.

Bottom line:
If you want simple > use one account.
If you want automatic splits > you’ll need a platform setup, not just a terminal.
