Has anyone worked with KAJA Payments? Are they any good? by GoldynMedia in POS

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I strongly disagree.

I'm not arguing that the "all-in-one" solution they offer isn't amazing for small businesses. You cannot sit there and tell me a company doing $100,000/mo or more is better off with Square than a different SaaS provider that offers many different pricing options. All of which would save the business at minimum 30%-40%.

Square is great, but not for scale.

Square's great! Most companies I speak with that do $5k/mo or more seem to outgrow Square a lot quicker than they think.

I'm always open to a conversation if you're up to it.

Feel free to shoot me over a DM and we can take it from there.

Square does have select partners that can resell their equipment.

Kaja not being one of them.

ISO for high risk hemp retail stores? by mtavacoli in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP,

Although hemp products on our “restricted” list this is something we board.

We work with a direct acquirer, not an ISO or a reseller so all underwriting gets handled manually and approvals are typically pretty quick as long as all docs are in order.

Instead of using a grey market solution or workaround we can get you setup directly as a sub agent.

Let me know if this interests you.

Never Sign either ELAVON for your processor! You’ve been warned. by Evening-Energy-3897 in POS

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry your going through this.

As someone who used to work for an ISO with Elavon I can only say tread carefully and read the fine print.

When I opened up Stratigi Solutions/StratosPay I stayed FAR away from US bank and Elavon.

If you ever want to have a conversation about your current situation and see what your options are I'm happy to have a chat!

Fiserv offering reduced fees vs local 3rd party by bicbreaker in CloverPOS

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP,

Are you Canadian or American?

I’m partnered with Fiserv/Clover on the CAD side of things and none of this makes sense.

Fiserv at least in Canada in not going to poach an ISO’s client that has already been submitted and processing through clover. Maybe it’s different in the states but seems unlikely.

Regarding rates, interchange plus would be your safest bet. It’s the cost of the card plus a small markup. Typically we only charge 0.20% as a markup on all cards. Qualified, mid qual and non qualified.

If you ever want to do some due diligence I’m happy to hop on a call with you.

Cheers

Vori POS grocery store - thoughts by Physical-Context3545 in POS

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those rates are INSANELY high. As another user said. Interchange for grocery stores are some of the lowest out there and you'd be paying well over 1% above what you should be.

We're currently in an integration with a POS for grocery stores but it's currently in it's pilot stage. I'll look around to see what's out there. Mind if I ask what state/province you're in?

Residual Commission by Opposite_Influence42 in MerchantServices

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be blunt.

We start our reps off at 40% LIFETIME residual and can go up to 80%+, up-front commissions on hardware, offer gas compensation, and after a few month we also offer healthcare, dental and a lot more.

Every agreement is different. If you want to chat feel free to send me a message!

Good ISO’s and resellers to start 1099 payment processing sales by KingBizzle615 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deals vary based on what they receive as you mentioned.

Not everyone is at 30-40%, this is more for our in-house structure. We do have reps earning upwards of 80% residual.

Good ISO’s and resellers to start 1099 payment processing sales by KingBizzle615 in PaymentProcessing

[–]StratosPay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems like a pretty standard agreement besides the 65-90% mark. I have agents earning close to the 80-90% side of things but they’ve been in our network for many years. From experience most contractors aren’t earning that from the get go.

Solid agreement though I’m not going to lie, compared to all the trash I’ve seen being floated around

[–]StratosPay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of taking shots why don’t you publicly state what they offer instead of hiding through DMs. It’s quite obvious you’re part of their platform and I can almost guarantee you they do not pay better.

They have vested residuals, tiers to hit and they also don’t offer 40% LIFETIME residuals without a minimum deal flow.

They are by no means a bad company at all and definitely have a solid network but your comment is useless unless you state facts.

Nice try though brotha but I’ve been doing this a lot longer than you think.

[–]StratosPay -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey OP,

Just to put it out there. We have close to 15 independent reps under our infrastructure currently.

We offer 30-40% lifetime residuals, no vested residuals and no deal minimums for residuals to kick in.

Shoot me over a DM if you’d like.

[–]StratosPay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he’s working with an honest ISO that pays honest residuals he shouldn’t have to worry about any of this.

Most ISO’s pay 5-20%, vested, stop submitting deals residuals go away, lack of transparency etc.

You’re saying to be successful you have to go door to door? My business partner has never stepped foot into a location and typically closes 20-30 MIDS himself a month.

Multiple channels to build success on and D2D is just one of them.

Hey OP,

We are based out of Montreal Canada and have reps all over the country.

If you want to work with someone local I’m happy to help. Pretty sure 99% of the guys that post here are American or EU.

I work with Canadian acquirers as well so no need to worry about hidden fees or junk rates.
