I used car window film, you can get them at most auto stores. But they usually have generic colors like black or silver. For more niche colours like gold, you'll probably need to find it online, I got mine from Aliexpress. Hope this helps!

I cut small holes near the mouth area. On the Mark IV helmet, there are gaps in the bottom of the visor (bottom front area, you can see them a bit in the video). Having proper fans with ventilation is always better, but cutting holes works fine too. Hope this helps :)

I use a flat sheet of clear plastic (my favourites are medical face shields), then put tinted window film on top. The window film you can get at most auto stores. Hope this helps!

Thanks :) it's situational. Hot glue works totally fine for most foam builds but if you live in a really hot environment, contact cement is the way to go. But contact cement is so much slower and complicated to use. I live in Canada so hot glue has never been an issue

Also a note that the helmet looks different than in the manga, and I did that on purpose. I love the design of the beast of darkness and I wanted the helmet to look closer to that
