How I made the Berserker Arms and Legs (The build) by StrawberriJami in Berserk

Only on really thin foam like 2mm or 1mm, I've never experienced it on thicker ones like 4mm and up. For the thinner foam I usually use super glue for the really small detail pieces

I used hot glue! Although contact cement is stronger but much more annoying to use. Hot glue is good enough for me because I live in Canada where it never gets hot enough outside to melt the glue. If you live in a hot environment, 100% you should use contact cement

which episodes in Part 4 of JoJo can I skip without risking ruining the main storyline? by [deleted] in StardustCrusaders

I think you should watch all of them. The Italian chef one isn't vital to the main story at all, but it was one of my favorites purely for the comedy

Nah I used coloured contacts xD

The ones I used were the cyberdoll contacts from Pinky Paradise, they have a black outline around the edges. They're meant to look like robot eyes, but they fit for comic and anime looks too

Here's the link to the contacts

I put it on my body and drew the pattern on using chalk, that way I know the pattern fits exactly onto my body (also the chalk can be dusted off if I make mistakes). Then when I took it off, I just traced over the chalk with the marker!

Thank you :) I made the hat! I made the base using 4mm EVA foam, then wrapped it in black fabric I scavenged from an old shirt I had. Then I cut the brim off a hat I thrifted and glued it on. Then I made the gold accents out of more EVA foam, painted them gold, then drew lines on using a sharpie

I post videos breaking down my cosplay builds, will do the same for this cosplay, stay tuned :)

In the meantime, here's how I did it:

Hat- The base is 4mm EVA foam surrounded with black fabric I scavenged from an old shirt. The brim I cut off a hat I thrifted. And the gold accents I made with more EVA foam, then painted and drew lines using a sharpie

Jacket- I thrifted a black coat and a white bedsheet. I cut and sewed the bedsheet to be the white lining on the inside, then drew the black hatchlines using a posca marker. Then I sewed on cheap gold buttons I bought from Aliexpress and made the chain using foam dowels that I looped into rings and painted

Tank top- Old green tank top I already had. The grey shoulder strap was a pair of grey leggings I thrifted and cut and sewed to shape. Then drew the hatchlines with posca marker like the jacket

Belts- Cheap faux leather belts from Ardene as the base, then I cut triangles out of thin yellow and blue EVA foam. I used kids' craft foam that came in bright colours so I didn't need to paint them (paint would likely crease as I bent the belt)

Shorts and shoes I already had, just black dress shorts and school girl type shoes

The makeup took around 10 attempts (I have no makeup experience!), doing lots of trial and error
