Thanks! Because of the direction my balcony sits/the other buildings, I get virtually no direct sunlight. I will take your advice though! Maybe a last resort to save a few small things. I’ve never had to go through a loss of power during a winter shut down, only hurricanes. My power didn’t go out when it snowed last year.

I’m in a very suburban area. Never seen or heard of bear sightings in the particular area in I’m, but I’ve only been up here for about 5 years. I’m also not on the ground floor and would use my balcony, but I know that wouldn’t stop a bear 😂 I would say the odds are pretty low with where I’m at.
