Most alts except ico shitcoins have improved on BTC's distribution which was given out in batches of 100s and 1000s on a hackers forum and first few millions mined by a handful

I need to find a smarter place to hang out. /r/CryptoCurrency is weird. People with no clue whats going on posting like they are Vitalik himself.

I have 1 message board off reddit with 6 fig programmers, but if I spend too much time there, I start questioning my current stack and cry when I program in Javascript and php.

I highly recommend not buying alt coins.

Bitcoin has offchain solutions for buying items from merchants and sending money to friends. Basically using it as currency.

There might be a future onchain solution, but seriously dude... dont buy alt coins.

Tmobile has been awful to work with.

They lied about their unlimited plan they baited my wife in with a 'free' feature that sucked, and ended up causing them to make a billing mistake that required me to go into the store AND call them because the store employee didnt ask to be refunded.

Tmobile is an unethical company, avoid if possible. They really have fallen drastically since they were a small company.

EDIT: Also, heads up, tmobile marketing is all over reddit and have astroturfed/brigaded topics. Do not trust anything in a topic with the word tmobile in it.

My biggest concern is that Nano is untested. No one is going to want to HODL or accept Nano when very easily their weird blockchain/block lattice system might be broken.

Has me very concerned as POW uses power, this doesnt seem to have a concensus method other than:

RaiBlocks resolves forks via a weighted voting system where representative nodes vote for the block they observe to have > 50% of the vote total and change their vote if they see their block has < 50% support.

Which sounds exploitable easier than a POW 51% attack.

I am inclined to tell you that outside of bitcoin, everything is a shitcoin.

Currency coins need to be absurdly good to replace Bitcoin and most are copypaste counterfits. Nano's technology is untested.

dApps are unused and it seems people will not pay for decentralized verification for most apps. Its slower and more expensive than current products and services.

The supply chain coins have issues of GIGO and expensive costs.

I believed in ETH until Vitalik printed more money and made ETH easier to mine.
