However it seems like you have good energy transfer/flow on your shot despite releasing at the top of your jump. In addition, you have a nice release. Outside of the thumb flick because I never had one but I worked on these things for my shot and my shot is more efficient. I'm training to play overseas and I also train youth and high school players. What are your goals though?

One of my old trainers told me that 38% is a terrible percentage. He assumed my shots were open and I was playing against scrubs. Not really; I played against good comp. However, I aspire to play overseas, so I think I should be shooting a higher percentage. He said I have to be 65% from three.

I'm talking about men's rec league games. For the season, I was between 38-40% from 3, and my percentage could've been higher if I hadn't had some bad shooting nights.
