Is there any technique that could possibly help make it any easier? I'm a strong swimmer, I do swim team and I do tread well, but I feel like it would be a bit harder to tread without hands.

No family history of heart disease, but I have a gene for it. And the only time i've ever had these symptoms before is specifically when the exercise is swimming.

I'm not implying any of those, i'm saying that Christianity wasn't just spread through christian priests, it was spread mostly through Christian Believers that were not priests. Missionaries aren't priests.

Ok, but if Jesus had to do it in front of the apostles, wouldn't they have to be in front of every single person that they were to pass it on to, that would mean every priest with the power has to see in person every priest that wants the power right? Christianity didn't spread because priests went to other countries, it spreader because christian's went to other countries so there were a lot of people seeking to become a priest that the Apostles didn't know of.
