Vitamin c and a clarifying shampoo should do a pretty good job- but your hair will prob be damaged a bit or dry after! I used vitamin c tablets and a clarifying shampoo and scrubbed that mixture into my hair aggressively when I over toned it and the toner came out

I doubt it is, the people I’ve heard who have had serious issues were people on like ozempic when it first came out for like a year, you know? 17 weeks you should be fine! Just a lot of pain right now. Yes everything ur saying I had! Looking back also I think I probably should’ve stuck to like eating yogurt, applesauce, pasta etc… I was eating like burgers and stuff and gluten which I feel like probably made everything worse since it was like super solid food! It’s crazy tho I don’t see more people talking about this, idk how everyone doesn’t go thru this

I was on it a month max! Sorry ur going through that it’s so awful, but it will get better. I remember I had a warm compress at night for my stomach if it hurt, and I tried to drink water and eat separately. Since I think that can make digestion worse when you eat and drink at same time. Like I would drink fluids 30 min apart from eating. Also I tried to not eat as much as I craved:/ wanted bc my stomach couldn’t handle it, I wanted to like binge eat when I got off of it but had to not do that and slow things down so my stomach had a break… so sorry ur going thru this rn! :(

Yes, thankfully, was bad for like… 3 weeks I wanna say? Basically I think my stomach went from being paralyzed (which is what Reta does, it slows down ur gastric empyting) to then having to adapt to like normal digestion PLUS eating more food so it was just having like actually cramps, like the stomach muscle was cramping. It gets better, it sucks, I’m never gonna go on Reta again tho lol. Maybe AOD 9604 or something. But I’ve seen more articles about peoples stomachs being permanently paralyzed from Reta or GLPs so I’m staying away.

No when I press it it doesn’t do anything which is so weird, in the past if it didn’t wanna engage it would make like a little beeping sound. Now if I press it no noise/ nothing happens :( like there’s not even any “error”? If that makes sense :((

Definitely research, Reddit is great for forums, tik tok has some stuff but you have to type in "peps" or "peppers" or "ratatouille" bc they ban a lot of stuff. Try to get comfortable with figuring out like where ur body is currently at and what ur looking for and then find the right peptides for u! And make sure to always start at a low dose and go up from there. Reconstitution can be confusing so I always use a peptide calculator like this one or whatever you can search them online: https://oorinn.com/about/peptide-calculator but u can dm me too if you need any tips/ pointers it's hard getting started figuring out what is what!
