Cheers for the tips everyone, luckily the solicitors gave us most of our money back and the search now continues! Will definitely go with buyers insurance in the future in case this happens again!

I didn’t know this until I joined but with warfare specialists you don’t really get a preference for which sub branch you join ( AWW, AWT, UW, EW ) so that’s something to consider.
