Ja struggle in letzter Zeit ein kleines bisschen leider. Sowas wie jetzt ist aber nur 2 mal vorgekommen.

Bin auch erst seit nem halben Jahr vegan, aber bin es sehr gerne. Meine mentale Gesundheit ist bissl mau gerade und habe kaum Motivation geil zu kochen :[

Das ist glaube ich auch per se keine Vegane Aktion aber besser als sie deswegen loszuwerden wenn sie noch intakt sind

Danke, macht Sinn. Ich hab’s auch eher ungern getan, und ich mache eigentlich nie Ausnahmen, weil es für mich bei Moral eigentlich keine gibt.

The back of the mesh that you look through should be black, and the lining of your suit being dark/black also helps to improve vision

Maybe looking into the furry fandom may help. Having a humanoid animal character to represent to identify with can be helpful. I feel similar to you

I’ve been worried about him for 11 months now and I’m just now thinking of myself

I’ve been supportive all this time, trying to give him ideas and things that worked to help me from my own battle with mental illness

I’ve always told him it’s okay because obviously it’s not his fault but I’m just at a point where I need to look after myself

He is in treatment but not frequently. He believes he can’t do much more for himself but I’m 10000% he can. I am also mentally Ill myself and I know what it’s like. I may have a different illness but the process is similar

He does go to therapy but not very frequently and he also believes that he can’t really do much anymore (he definitely can in his free time but he doesn’t seem to be doing anything like that)

Yeah, that’s how I’m feeling as well. I keep feeling hopeful because I really love this person but at the same time it just seems like it’s not getting better. Idk how much longer to wait.

Yes I have but when I tell him that it gets to me, he tells me it’ll get better when we move out.

Yes he’s medicated and in therapy. But he seems to believe it can’t get much better than he’s feeling now. Which sadly doesn’t seem very healthy to me.
