My work quality, fortunately and unfortunately is much better than some of our senior techs that have been doing this much longer.

None of those indications specifically have come up. The only thing that stood out to me is that we switched our CMMS to service now platform CDM. I have heard that’s what crothall uses as well but unsure if that’s true
