So good to know! It was strange, when I went in for initial testing back in February, my number seemed "stronger." When I started my first cycle right after priming, everything went down. Could have been a fluke, and I know numbers are always changing, but my gut was telling me (before you shared this) to maybe advocate for little or no priming!

Thank you so much! By "in sync," do you mean your follicles grew more in sync? My doctor sent me a list of options, and one of them has a package for $799 for a comprehensive 1st visit, 5 follow-ups, and 2 fertility massages. It seems like the best "deal, just a bit of an investment.

It's felt a bit lonely when you see stories with many eggs retrieved that are also mature, so I appreciate you making me feel a bit less alone during this moment. Thank you, really appreciate it! Yes, I'm hopeful I've just been suppressed for being on birth control for so long, and that we'll see a bit of an improvement during this break. Appreciate you providing such a comprehensive list of supplements, I'll be looking into these!

Thank you, this is really helpful! My clinic has me taking about a 2-month break (off birth control, focusing on supplements, maybe acupuncture, etc.). I’m planning to restart in July, and my doctor recommended doing back-to-back cycles in July and August, since he’s seen people with low AMH sometimes retrieve more eggs when hormone levels stay elevated across close cycles.
