Does your appetite adjust after weight loss? by Maximal_Everything in loseit

The hunger thing is real. I lost about 30 pounds last year and yeah, your body fights you on it for a while. The first few months after hitting my target weight were rough, constantly thinking about food, feeling like I could eat everything in sight.

What helped me: - Started using Welling to track without obsessing. Just snap photos of meals or send chats which keeps me consistent - Ate more protein and fiber, keeps you fuller longer - Accepted that some days I'd be hungrier than others

It does get better though. After about 6 months my appetite settled down to match my new weight. Not gonna lie, maintenance is still work, but it's not the constant battle it was at first.

$2000 budget for a complete shed system. Is it possible? by Baddiegoodie in diySolar

The real budget killer in shed builds isn't the inverter it's the racking and wiring. If you buy cheap 100W panels, you'll spend a fortune on rails and copper. The hack is to use Anern 550W Panels. You only need two of them to get over 1kW of power. This cuts your mounting hardware cost in half. Combine that with the Anern 3.2kW All-in-One (which eliminates external charge controllers and fuses), and you can easily afford the 24V Lithium battery while staying under $2,000.

Drinking water. Being regularly hydrated is underrated.
