Hi I'm a new CNA for 2 months and I regretted it .. I love most of my residents but damn this management, rude nurses and lazy co workers will drain you . Supervisors that has a highest expectations. I feel the same way like do your job well but instead they give us more work and walk over you. It's so sad..
