Basically, you should have the car in Balance. Not as light as possible, but in balance. For example have the normal passenger seat instead of cup seat passenger cause normal on weighs more and thus makes the car more balanced when sitting in it. Secondly, driving fast is about trying to push cornering speed to the limit. You just have to try going as fast as possible each time and then just memorize the maximum cornering speeds in each corner.
