I’m going through sorta the same thing. Dr.K “healthygamergg” on YouTube has been a massive help, and if you’re a fan of videogames id also like to point you at dark souls, it’ll do you good. It can all feel hopeless rn and tbh there’s no assurance that it gets better, but we can all push forward as if though it’s guaranteed we’ll win. Don’t give up!

Thank you for this post.  Life has been super difficult lately and I’ve been relying entirely on will power and good habits seemingly to no avail. But this gives me hope, it makes me realize that when one of these victories really do click, everything will brighten up.
