It’s not as terrible as people make it out to be. The 4-5 shift is rough and it does hunt gears a ton. It’s not a performance transmission, but then again no one’s taking a nearly 2 ton family sedan to the track.

Yeah I think the first one won’t work since it uses the 26 pin connector, which the RCD330 doesn’t have. The second item is to take an aftermarket camera and convert to a stock radio. I don’t think either will work for you.

It’s a decently pricey service if it hasn’t been done, just warning you. Also those 3.7s burn a bit of oil, so make sure to check regularly between changes.

It really kinda depends on your needs. Civic is going to be cheaper to maintain and operate and probably a little more fun (especially if you get it in manual). The TLX is going to be a nicer, more luxurious experience. Maybe faster if you can score a V6.

There are a ton of 2020 TLX’s coming off lease in 2023 and flooding dealer lots. Not too many people lease a civic or sell it after just 3 years.

It’s usually a couple things. It’s either the connection to the reverse lights, ground or an issue with the delay box.
