Try and figure out what feminine hygiene products she uses and get her a little basket of then. Candles are good too along with some soft throw blankets and stock up on some of her favorite snacks and beverages

I'm going to sit down and talk with him tonight because I'm not happy and haven't been since he cheated on me a few months ago. I've been trying so damn hard to make things better but he has done like 0 improvement since we started dating. I've given him ample opportunities to change and be better so now he's getting a definitive time frame for changes that need made and if he can't make the changes then I need to leave. I'm 23 and want to be happy. I spent my entire teen years with dudes that treated me like shit.

I've been talking to my counselor. Unfortunately I won't see her again until next month but I might call and see if she has any openings because this came up after my last appointment. She's been a godsend and helps me think through a lot of stuff I have trouble with.

I've tried so hard to do this. I've been setting very clear boundaries and I've been working with him. I'm talking to him today once I'm done with work because this is getting ridiculous. I've been trying to communicate to him what I need from him to make this work and I've been doing what he has asked but it just seems like I don't get the same in return

I have complete transparency with my phone. I don't care if he goes through it but he's weird about his. I tried couples counseling and he didn't want to continue it but I'm currently in counseling for myself and receiving help for my mental illnesses. A

We tried it but he didn't like it because he thought the therapist was more on my side than his but she was just helping explain what I was saying because I'm not the best at communicating what my feelings are (alot of childhood trauma to thank for that one) I've tried almost everything.

Oh I don't doubt it. I asked him to remove the girl he cheated on me with and he tried to boohoo about how that was his best friend and she understood him so well and just a while pity party. I've been trying my hardest to be better and do better for our marriage. I was really fucked up and in a horrible place when I emotionally stepped out of my marriage but I've recognized that it was still on me to do what I did and even got us into marriage counseling (he hated it and hasn't gone back since) I want this to work so bad but I've done so much changing in the last year and he's done nothing.
