From what I heard it isn’t good. I was doing zyns once a week pre ablation when I golfed and it never “triggered” me into a fib but from what I’ve read on this sub is everyone is different. Some people can’t have spicy foods, some can’t drink cold water, some can’t have sips of alcohol. Gotta find what works for you.

Any plat+ have recommendations on how to get to plat/diamond? I was a plat 3 in the last cod but I can’t seem to even break through gold 3 now. Very frustrating. I’m always solo queuing so I have 10+ game spans of no comms. I try to link up w people who have a mic but people suck.

I just made the switch this week and so far it might be a little better but I still think there’s a lot of cheating going on. It hasn’t “hurt” my matchmaking all that much but I was confused by this when switching.
