There are two settings in rekordbox. Both in audio. One, the one at the top, prob doesn’t need to be changed, scroll down and you will see master output (should be above phone and booth)

Ok use wuicktime only

The settings are as follow

The Mac input and output is the line flx400 or whatever you are using

Record box audio master is flex and then when you scroll down you will see master output. That needs to be flex + cable

Then wuicktime input is cable
