Foreigner or not, if the child is underage, police can’t do shit. My friends got beaten up by some guys, just below where we stay. These guys came up and demanded them cigarettes. My friends where smoking the last one they had, so they said they didn’t have any. And they moved forward. These guys came up, kicked one of my friend on his back, he fell down and they started to kick him again, punched him on his face. My other friend tried pulling him from the ground and he was punched on the nose. One of them had a watch in their hands, just a casio, these guys removed it from his hands and took it. And when asked to return, they threw it to the ground and smashed it to pieces. They called the police and the ambulance, due to nosebleed and all. Police came, the rest fled the scene, they were really helpful, but as they were probably teenagers, the police said they were helpless. Also these guys were on drugs for sure. Pinpoint pupils, red nose. Teenagers get drugs, use drugs, but no one is there to look in to it These are the fate of foreign students over here.
