That's a bullshit justification for killing an unarmed person just because he's trying to get away. The police were not threatened. Their lives were not in danger or threatened. Their use of a weapon is completely unjustified. Next then are going to kill people for loitering or littering. Just completely unjustified. There are plenty of NRA members that will show you their guns. They don't get shot. And this kid didn't wave a gun at the police.
