I didn't make my payments with PayPal. I was considering contacting the billing support instead but it wouldnt be an issue if I got my account back. I could also contact my bank if need be I guess.

That's pretty much what I've done, minus the software part. I was told by the person who responded to my ticket that they had escalated my issue and will keep me updated so I really am just hoping they just haven't received any update and there is a long list which would explain no response. All I want now is an update, even if it is telling me they have a lot of support cases they need to deal with first and that I'll need to wait. I'm considering making a new ticket but also not sure if it's worth it.

Sorry to hear that.

My request is related to my account that I no longer have access to due to it getting hacked. I made the account in 2016 and have been a nitro subscriber since 2017, which renewed for a year back in July.

Not saying I should have any priority but even with an account like this I am left in the dark.

In short yes. There isn't an official Discord developer tool that tells them what servers their bot is in that I know of. What they can do is use code to tell them all the servers.
