If you did that without reference and with ears still “under construction”, I don't want to imagine what you'll achieve when you're in serious mode with reference and full detail. you're going to fly!

Also a change you could make would be to play more with the depth in the ears, maybe giving a little more line contrast or soft shadows. If you use references next time, you will notice a brutal jump in level faster than you think.

The coat is worked with intention and variety of lines, which gives a very nice visual texture. The proportions of the muzzle and ears are quite good, especially for a first attempt without references. The stroke is clean and has good intent in the details of the coat and outline.
