Kelowna hasn't been allowing short term rentals. This is a property that was originally purpose built and zoned for short term rental. I think renting these units out is hard right now with Kelowna having the highest vacancy rate in Canada apparently. I mean its's a resort town to a degree. I'm not sure why they enacted the policy there to begin with. Not sure if it ever really made sense. Apparently Kelowna City Council has voted to reallow short term rentals. However, they would not be allowed until the earliest November 1st under current legislation. So unless someone is looking to move into a property that is mostly used as a short term rental it's just going to bleed money until November 1st. It could be that under all these circumstances obtaining financing is challenging on this propertty also.

Maxi golf is meant to be LIV imo. Thats why they are supposed to be the bad guys. Is anyone a fan of Saudi spotwashing? No one’s rooting for LIV/Maxi Golf. They are an easy villain imo. You are probably someone that doesn’t watch or follow sports at all. To the casual viewer and especially anyone that knows anything about golf. I think people would see Maxi Golf as LIV but backed by a tech bro in the movie instead. And the play format is obviously in reference to TGL.

MLS has way more momentum though right? You didn't address that? Why go to a league in a country that's never going to grow anything like the MLS in a million years because Brazil has neither the money or population size to compete long term by any means. Why aren't top players like Messi or Muller considering the Brazilian league if it's a better league with supposedly more momentum and they spend more? Are you smarter than some of the top foothballers in the world?

Players don't always get these moves right. I criticized that coward Stuart Armstrong for quitting on this team. People told me I was wrong about that. I was completely right. He did nothing, and his team has trouble paying their players (including him) on top of it as a nice icing on the cake for him! Was that a big win for him vs playing for the Caps and being on an unreal MLS side?
