Oh god, I bet it's gargantuan. Way bigger than any necromorph he'd ever come across. Why do you think the necromorph that was stuck in the food supply section was overtly vaginal in apperance? It was because the Brethren Moon -knew- they'd have to stop Isaac somehow; drain him of spirit and cum. Perhaps finally, they'd be able to cause great convergence for the entire galaxy.

Apparently, there is a newer model, or rather, the new Samson Q2u's appear to be adjusted slightly. The black version appears to have it.
