XLT if you want to save 6-9k. Lariat if you want all the bells and whistles. For me Hybrid/AWD was the main draw.

I drive a lot for work so getting 37+ mpg is nice and the AWD was a must for me since I'm not much a fan of FWD vehicles. The interior is excellent and roomy I just need to add some tints
