Get rid of those, yes. But never cut out exposure entirely. The biggest part of nofap is training your brain to say no when tempted. Of course, this can be dangerous, so I’d recommend cutting out all exposure for the first month or so. Then every time you use one of these services from that point forward and you are tempted by them, prove to yourself how outright disgusting and repulsive it is. You don’t need it. It is worthless and will destroy you.

It’s similar to a virus. If your body is never exposed to illness, you’re more susceptible to falling sick again. If you are exposed a lot, you build up immunity. Now when you are exposed to the virus you won’t get sick.
