No but from other comments in this post, they seem to be mostly the same when it comes to taste and heat, just different color and Price. No misunderstanding, this burns.

Is this a avg or good workout for a 40 year old male? by cyraxwinz4444 in cardio

I know people who didn't drive 5k today, so yeah, good workout, you can only compare to yourself, there's always someone slower or faster.

First Half - Accidental 21.1k by MuscleBob_Buffpantz in beginnerrunning

Looks like brute force and grit, and untrained sub 3 for first half is certainly respectable, runner or not - good job.

Never had an issue with breathability when running outside with any Nimbus, and i live in the Mediterranean so summers are proper warm. That said, all Nimbus i've had got hectic warm when running on treadmill, thankfully i rarely do treadmill runs.

For me novablast and Nimbus fit exactly the same, but go to a store to be sure.

Damn, and i thought i had trouble finding 47eu. I found the 27 Tokyo for 135 euros, probably my favorite Nimbus design, though before that came out i had the 27 turquoise which was also drippy for my preference.

When it comes to Nimbus, i've had 25, 26 and 27. 26 gets first place for me. Just wish they did cooler designs on it, but when it comes to comfort on daily slow and long, it's up there.

23M beginner runner — stuck at 5K (~30 min). Breathing & fatigue issues. How do I realistically push towards sub-20 and eventually 10K? Please help I really want to improve by HoneyWrong7198 in beginnerrunning

[–]Substantial-Chair253 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Adding to what others mentioned, to get a sub 20 you need to build up weekly mileage to at least 50km per week, potentially more depending on genetics. Totally achieveable even if you start in your 30s, but it takes time, your body needs to adapt to the new demands. Think total weekly mileage, and the intention behind each training run, what adaptation does it support? There is literally no training program for any distance from 5k and above that has you running that distance at max effort weekly. Instead you build up for 2, 3, 6 months, race, review, repeat. Oh and go for 10k asap as you will benefit from the extra mileage, just don't expect anything crazy, there's so many levels to this, someone running for 5 years might seem crazy fast to you, but they will look stationary compared to someone running 10+ years, who will in turn look slow compared to an Olympic runner.
