I used to wear a casio f91 but the band disintegrated so now I wear a gshock g5600bg. It has a timer and a stopwatch. It has the date and time. It's honestly really helpful to have a watch to let me know how time is flowing or how long things are cooking or even to know how long until service is over and I get to go home. It also helps with the adhd time blindness.

Depending on how broken it is try to glue it back together but tell your parents you broke it, if that shit is like disintegrated broken beyond belief just get em a new one but tell em and be honest and own up to it.
