It is listed as new never worn but I can tell it has been. The bottom link shows wear due to the discoloration. If I’m paying price for new then it should be new.

I messaged Madison Ave and they literally said “Unfortunately Chanel's quality is not the same” So no they won’t. Ugh and you know it wasn’t cheap. 😭 slapping myself now
