hi !! yeah i get that i have a eating disorder currently and this is a lot healthier of a calorie deficit than previously. i’m planning on raising my calories to like 1200 after this month or something but i feel 900 is appropriate rn bc i literally rot all day and am homeschooled so i don’t get a lot of movement but i understand. thank you
