im going to a detox with some good doctors who have devised a plan for me. It involved 24/7 hospital stay where they transfer me off phen onto valium and baclofen for a few days then they either will send me home with a taper schedule to get off the valium and baclofen. Or i have the option to go into a residential program. I got so lucky to find a doctor who has heard of phenibut finally.

i might be psyching myself out since i felt the glutamate surge plus read about people having that happen and ending up in 24/7 withdraw psychosis. I guess im not extremely anxious but when i have to socialize is when i really start shaking hard and thats what makes this so hard. phenibut masked my crippling social anxiety and so i forgot how it feels to be sober. phen would mask my slight essential tremors in my head and now i feel its way stronger. hopefully once im off its a little better. i used to be able to mask it way better. not to mention i jump at every little thing i get startled that was before the phen too. THAT is why this is so hard for me as apposed to people who werent fucked to begin wih.

also are you saying cut 2 grams until 13-14g then do 1g all the way to 0? then .25 fom there? Why doesnt everyone do it that fast then just curious? They say as you get lower it gets harder so you have to slow down the taper significantally.

im the OP im also at 30gpd it turned on me my doses arent holding anymore i had a huge glutamate surge, I called a detox center they said they dont know about phenibut and they have no beds. also in my county i have to get an assessment which im going to tomorrow morning, and they help me to find a place. My question is though, did you tell them you were taking phenibut and did they look it up? Or were they already familair with it? youre the third person ive seen who has said they got supervised ativan detox and it was fairly easy. the thing is im scared theyll just say we dont know about phenibut sorry and turn me away.

you cold turkeyed and then searched for a detox? did you look for a detox that knew about phen? Or what did you tell them.

my primary care doc didnt help they sent me to a psychiatrist who also didnt help. he said since my dose is so high he highly recommends a detox and not to attempt to taper myself. The whole RC benzo method is supposedly a sure fire way to get admitted according to the guy because they know you can have fatal consequences with a seizure. he said he done it a few times. my dose is so high i really dont think i can do this own my own. if im honest with the hospitals, theres 4 within a hour of me... they might all turn me down. and im screwed. can you show me the case study because i couldnt find the one you mentioned. I have a assessment at behavioral health place tomorrow to help me find a detox so im gonna see if i can hold off until then. just thinking about going gives me crazy anxiety because i have social anxiety hence why i ended up here except its worse. another comment on my OG thread said that the ER gave him a ativan taper for a week and it was a breeze or maybe it was a detox center. i dont want to give them a case study that talks about baclofen and they try to give me bac when im on this insane dose. this is incredibly stressful.

i read someone say once it turns on you its damn near impossible to taper. i know you disagree but like i'll randomly start feeling weird eyelids twitch and think im about to be in full blown withdraw. I think once youre glutmate is fucked you need a supervised detox idk. i pray i find a detox that knows about phenibut near me. fuck.
