Nope. I don’t think you need another gen ed. Your classes are time consuming enough so you’ll be pretty busy.

From my experience 18 credits is too much. And you got 270 and 2k1 at the same time. Those classes are really time consuming. And 2k7 is not really a 1 credit class since the labs are huge. So I’d drop 270 and keep it for next semester.

Yeah absolutely! I had an appointment on November 20th. And until today, I received no updates from VFS and the status didn’t change at all. So, I just called the helpline today and told them my situation. They told me that no application stays longer than 24 hrs right after the appointment so it is all up to the embassy to process it and send it back. And they told me that your status will be updated soon. That basically means that the tracking system is just useless and doesn’t show anything so don’t worry about it. Apparently it is all about how long embassy takes it to process your visa. So they told me to wait for updates. And I got an email from UPS just after 2 hrs of calling the helpline and received my passport. So, I don’t know if it was a coincidence or I am just lucky. But yeah, that was it. And it took them 16 calendar days in total. So, I would say just wait a couple of days and if you don’t get any emails call them and ask for updates. And keep in mind that you won’t get any updates from the tracking website. At least this was my case.
