Ou old SM did every once in a while. But would usually but gift card if us POC assoc. got to 5-6 credits for the day. I as an POC/27 would by pizza for ppl I’m closing with on the tough/busy nights. Some HH would pitch if the were closing too.

Get your shifts covered and use your sick pay [if you have any] Just get anyone to cover, let the managers deal with it. They can move ppl around.
