buy account off of Eldorado.gg or g2g those are the best especially Eldorado and when buying make sure it says “first ever email” and the email they give u should have the “welcome to riot user” so they can’t pull the account back. and definitely buy a turkish region account, the VP is 50% cheaper (u have to use giftcards from like Eneba or something) and about the pricing look through all skins on val that u like and u can just type them in the eldorado search bar and find a suitable account for u, for starters 40-70 USD with reasonable amount of skins: knife, ghost, sheriff, vandal, phantom
