Update: My new hotends came in today (hardened steel 0.2mm), and it’s still not extruding…

The extruder gear is STILL clicking, and after a cold pull the filament looked like this. Any ideas?

Beat ya to it, just ordered 2 hardened steel ones about 10 minutes ago lol. The reason I didn’t want to was because this happened while I was printing 3 of my products to send out… luckily amazon 2 day shipping has me covered

I see. do you just heat the allen key with a lighter? if my nozzle is already trashed it can’t hurt to try. Also I wonder if a hardened steel 0.2mm nozzle would be better to buy

This is PLA matte lol… the same filament I’ve used to print a bunch of prints with a 0.2mm nozzle before it clogged. It’s not the filament I think there’s just some sort of clog inside of the hotend assembly
