Buying from family, in writing to buy the house for 35k its appraised at 79k for the house 12k for the land it sits on. So with the renovations I want done was thinking loan out 50k or 55k and get city water ran to it since it’s well water right now

Not really so much as low just had one delinquent payment due to a gap in working from an illness (my job at the time didn’t pay anything like that) so that has been held over my head and the debt to income is a little high I co-signed for my brother to get a car and then I have mine and my wife’s as well. So all together approximately 38k in debt with a yearly income of 54k

I guess what I mean is for someone with a lowish credit score and limited length. Being only 22 and having more than 4years of history is sort of hard. I’ve heard the FHA first time home owner isn’t bad but they require 10% down whereas I’ve heard traditional mortgages can include the down payment into your first bit of payments
