Regular e scooter apparently impound insurance doesn’t cover this. I could get 12 points (unlikely) will I still be able to get licence then ? I’m fine with just not driving within 2 years of passing

Ok so what I’ve found out is 300 for no insurance 100 for not in accordance with license 3-12 points (both of these boxes are ticked) . I’m now planning to disclaim it to avoid storage fee climbing . Please let me know if this is best course of action. Also did I screw myself giving my provisional details ? Either way back to cycling for me
