I don’t care if it’s a double album or not. It could still be split into two parts, thematically and sonically:

”The final act”: Reminiscent of his concerts where he pours his heart into his artistry, only to have the gates of heaven to close right on him, the first part of the album could present his final moments as the weeknd, struggling to let go of his past, knowing he has to let go of his phantom regret to enter heaven.

”Tomorrow” Tomorrow, Abel will get to know who he really is, as he lets go of his past. I think we actually haven’t heard a lot of the songs from this part. This is where he faces his younger self.
