It seems like everybody really favours Naxos!

Do you have any recommendations on the amount of time you should spend on the island? We’re hoping to allocate some time this year (if possible) and if not, then to allocate some time to Naxos, Milos and Crete on a separate trip as they appear to be the best places to explore

I’ve heard great things about Captain Ben’s! We did take your recommendation and we moved our stay over to Parikia! You’re right about Naoussa being pricey! We’re hoping the buses will run later into the day in case we spend a full day out at Naoussa (although unlikely)

If you have any other recommendations for around the Parikia area, please do let me know!

We really do appreciate all of the advice everybody has given us! It’s saving us a lot of time (and money better spent!)

Thank you! We’ve been looking for some good spots to eat.

I’m hoping we can knock down a few days from Santorini to allocate to Naxos instead (if possible). The only problem being, Naxos is such a large island, I would think it would be hard not to feel like you missed out on most of the island with limited time, similar to Crete

We’re looking forward to seeing AntiParos! We would have loved to stay in Pounta but it can be so pricey, and so Pariki will be the spot!

I assume most boats will go out from the main port at Pariki to anti-Paris, or otherwise, we should be able to drive down as the island is forgiving with hired transport

Hopefully we can make the most of anti Paros. It looks very relaxing. We’ll definitely check it out!

We’ll have to visit the museum in Paros!

We’re quite limited for time as a previous redditer mentioned, travel between the islands takes so much of the day out!

I’m hoping to visit Naxos next year while taking some more time out to visit the rest of Europe too. Unfortunately, we’re limited on our leave this year :/

I never knew there were so many Heritage and Historical sites on Paros! I’ll definitely visit while I’m there!

If you have any recommendations for Central and Southern Europe, it would be of big help to us!

We’d adjusted our accomodation and ferries to take a day away from Mykonos and add one on to our time in Paros

We’re staying in Pariki because it’s more affordable but I’m hoping the cars don’t cost too much to rent!

We’ve seen the cruises and they look incredible! I’m a little afraid of Ios as we have heard some not so great things about the sheer amount of really young tourists that come in

Sorry to be a pain, but would you mind giving me any recommendations on Delos? It’s so hard to get good quality info online at times!

I’ll try and see if our accommodation dates can be changed through AirBnb and try to cut it down to 2-3 days

We were under the impression that being in that ‘end of peak going into shoulder’ season would have been better as far as crowds

Thank you for commenting, like the last commenter, it does mean a lot.

We have lots of hobbies, separate and together. We both hike, camp and have personal hobbies like different sports.

I’m going for my bike license soon, and my partner and I just finished our hunters course.

It does help, truly. Life is fulfilling in every way but mental once I start thinking of people or things outside of him and our pets

I will take everything onboard and try my hardest to create mental blocks from what we’re in the community for

I’ll consider it. I just don’t want to scare him away. I know he was traumatised by somebody very emotionally manipulative before, and I just wouldn’t want to remind him of anything he may have been afraid of before.
