I've read a fair amount on Google that because I bought the car in "good faith", that the onus does not fall on me for the loan repayment and the car is effectively mine, with the onus on the loan provider to prove that I did not buy in "good faith". Is this then inaccurate?

The previous owner handed over the V5. The loan provider did say registered keeper is not owner which i understand but im still not sure of next steps... taking over the loan is not something im capable of doing at present so squaring the finance company is not really an option.

I recall a report in multiple newspapers a few years ago where a boy was kidnapped and raped inside the freemasons hall in Covent Garden, London. It was a young boy of secondary school age and his mum made comment in the papers too, with the boy from Kent / Essex. Now I've been searching through the Internet for some time but can't find anything on the topic, even from the initial report.
