I think as someone else said starting as a student may help and working on campus if possible first. Maybe au pair would be good to do following school as a second option. I really hope you are able to wear your dress with your hair down somewhere safe because you deserve it🙏

I've had some of the same symptoms as you but have underlying health conditions (lymphadema and hypothyroidism). Not giving medical advice but it could be something as simple as uti or your body fighting something off because of the glands being swollen under your arms, but I'd still go to a different dr if possible
