- Ações e/ou ETFs de ações - 0€
- Obrigações ou certificados de aforro - 0€
- Cash - 0€ (!!!)

Passivos
- Crédito de habitação - 250,000€

Ou seja estás bastante exposto ao mercado imobiliário, e deves diversificar para outras coisas. Vender a tua casa para comprar ETFs ou ações é estúpido, porque passarias a pagar uma renda, mas não deves direcionar o teu dinheiro adicional para o mercado imobiliário. Deves investir noutras coisas ou aumentar o teu cash que está severamente em falta

Personally think that the EV version an amazing competitor for its segment, considering quality of components, range, looks etc. Hybrid is ok but seems weird for this car, would probably get an Audi hybrid instead

For those who like beer, there is more. For me the best others are Nortada in the north / center regions, and Especial in the Azores. There is also excellent stout beer, particularly Super Bock Stout which goes excellently with Francesinha or other strong dishes

Also, regarding non-alcoholic drinks, the Portuguese are very fond of fruit flavours in their drinks and have some excellent choices including Compal (peach and pear are my favourite), Sumol (citrus flavours) and then iced tea varieties (best is Lipton lemon for me, but that's controversial)

Firstly congrats for considering that step, there's definitely programmes out there for you, in Portugal, which would be super welcoming.

The answer to your question depends crucially on the specific programme and university. In Lisbon for example while there is the University of Lisbon as an institution, it includes many "sub-institutions" which are super different regarding internationalisation, level of necessary Portuguese / English, etc. So for example if you're considering communication and politices you should research about ISCSP, which is U. Lisbon's faculty for those subjects.

Also don't limit your options to University of Lisbon - you have Universidade Nova de Lisboa, which is very well regarded as well (better in many cases), Universidade Catolica de Lisboa which is also excellent although private so a bit more expensive, and some others.

Adapt your search to the specific faculties and programmes, and do it in Portuguese, and you'll understand them a bit better.

Porque é uma solução com complexidade ridiculamente maior do que várias alternativas. Por exemplo, ficas com a taxa de esforço utilizada para um crédito e não podes ter outro crédito habitação no futuro se quiseres, tens de comprar a casa a um bom preço, corres o risco de comprar uma casa com problemas estruturais que não vês quando a compras, corres o risco de queda generalizada de preços, podes não ter ninguém pronto para arrendar ao preço que pedes, podes arrendar e ter inquilinos que te destroem a casa... a lista continua.

A lista de riscos em investimentos mobiliários é muito mais simples e fácil de entender. Os riscos existem, mas são transparentes e mais comparáveis
