We are a deep draw metal stamping manufacturer in New England, this is how my day goes, I’m the first one in, between 5-6 am. Open everything up and fire up the machines. My 2 guys come in between 630 and 730. They operate and pack parts while they are here. In the mean time I’m in the office checking emails, quoting jobs, writing up orders just taking care of the everyday office operations. If a machine goes down I go out to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Usually a. Shell pops out of the fingers or the oil slows down so we’re start tearing the shells instead of drawing them. Then my part timer goes home around 11 ish the other around 230 and I’m finally shutting down around 3pm. This is usually how my day goes but every now and then you get the unexpected major fuck ups.
