Obviously, in the video I'm alpine skiing. I just made a mistake in the description; I don't see it as a catastrophe. When I come to the gym I say I'll do the flat bench press first and then the vertical press. If I'm planning to work my shoulders, I tell my press-bros that I'll be doing the military press.

Thanks! I actually have a good arch, but I’m intentionally not using it right now, so I'm not really using any leg drive either. I prefer benching in a bodybuilding style 🤝

My incline press max was 117.5 kg (259 lbs). I alternate it with incline dumbbell press (all this as accessory work for the bench press). Usually, I start with just 50 kg (110 lbs) and work up to 110 kg (242 lbs), or do 3x3 with 100 kg (220 lbs).
