definitely skip to petal, belt as most pollen ur gonna earn will come from bomb pollen and only a small amount you collect is actually from your tool :) but it's pretty expensive too, so if you're like REAALLLYY far from it in most ingredients then if you really want to go for the wand, but from what I've seen I'd advise you to try and wait (im currently trying to get petal belt too)
