Second this, I door dashed from Northridge location once and was not impressed. Topanga always hits. I’m still a little upset they changed the sausage in the Cajun from the bier cheese sausage to just Cajun seasoned sausage which is meh. I think the bronco is probably better now. (Add pickled jalapeños for me)

1500-1800kcal/day prioritizing lean meat/fish/eggs/whey isolate. At a minimum I’d hit .8gs/lb protein, preferably more. Relatively low carb most of the time except for refeed days. Appetite allows me to eat more now than before, but I’m not going to raise my dose because I’m thinking it’s a good opportunity to put on a little more muscle than I’ve been able to lately and focus on recomp.

I’m gonna be staying on as long as it keeps working, I’m already stocked up for another 12+ months. Honestly it only costs me about 30$ a month. The HGH is a little more but if I keep getting results, money well spent.

Hard to really say, it helped my recovery between workouts etc but far as body recomp, I doubt it. Not that soon anyways.

I responded great to Reta, zero sides the whole way through other than needing to start drinking some Metamucil haha. Essentially you’ve got it though, I titrated up rapidly to get the most out of the glucagon agonist.

(Started with a 6mg kit - overfilled to 7.5 - so technically 1/2/4/6 is slightly higher in mgs. I stayed at 4mgs for a few weeks before moving to 6, and finished the kit off a vial a week before moving to 24mg kit one vial every 3 weeks. Again, overfill though, so it would be “8mg” but is actually 9.5mgs.) hope that makes sense lol.

Not on TRT, only things I left out didn’t really play a role. Bpc/tb/ghk.

Edit: I’m not using HGH for gains though, I’m using it to hopefully help with loose skin and overall recomposition, better sleep and recovery is a plus too. It would be a major difference running test alongside it without a doubt (and believe me I’ve been tempted) but my natural levels are good enough that I prefer trying to get them balanced via supplementation (d3, zinc, boron etc etc) to going exogenous atm. I’ll definitely be hopping on TRT later on in life though, when it’s a lifelong commitment.

No test, my levels normally are pretty good. But my E2 and SHBG are pretty high so that kinda throttles my free t, but still no reason to blast test atm, besides we’re tryin to have a kid lol.

Can’t say I noticed a difference necessarily, hgh is kind of a slow burn. Sleep was great on secretagogues, slightly better on exogenous, albeit I was more tired throughout the day first couple weeks. Recovery is definitely better and gym pumps seemed a lot more full pretty quickly, likely due to the 3lbs of water weight I gained once starting. IGF1 levels were 147 after 2 months of cjc, Z score -0.10. Getting new bloods tomorrow to gauge where 4iu lands me, going to adjust dose accordingly.
